Would you ever play chess without knowing the rules? Working in Norway without awareness of the cultural codes might feel just like that - and cause unexpected misunderstandings, frustration and anxiety… This is why UiO is offering its non-Norwegian staff the cultural training course “Working with Norwegians”. The next course will be held on 14 May.
