This is a collection of links providing practical information for employees at UiO who are going to travel on business.
UiOs travel agency is HRG Nordic AS. Tickets can be ordered through HRG Nordic Online or by contacting HRGs travel consultants.
All flights and hotel accomodation bought through HRG are covered by their accident insurance.
All business travel must be approved before tickets are bought.
Booking travel
For travel agency services UiO employees are required to use HRG Nordic Online.

Public transportation

Use of private cars
- The use of a private car is remunerated with NOK 3.65 per kilometer for up to 9000 km and NOK 3.00 beyond 9000 km, both in Norway and abroad (rate valid as of 01.03.2010).
- To qualify for remuneration, the use of a private car must be approved in advance by the employer. Use the specific approval form and follow the guidelines for specification of distances driven (Norwegian)
