The Section for Electronic Records Managment and Archives (eSak) is responsible for the professional development and follow-up of UiO’s archives and ensures that archive work is carried out in accordance with the regulations pertaining to public archives.
ePhorte
ePhorte is the electronic case and archive system at UiO. The system is used by executive officers, managers and archivists.
User guidelines are only available in Norwegian.
Archives
The archive services at UiO are made up by an archives management (eSak) and 18 local archives (Norwegian).

User support for ePhorte
The Section for Electronic Records Managment and Archives (eSak) offers support and courses to users of ePhorte. Courses in English can be arranged upon special agreement with the Section.
