Kick-off SPARK Norway
As the third country in Europe, Norway establishes the innovation programme SPARK based on Stanford SPARK. At this kick-off UiO will showcase the first Norwegian SPARK teams – SPARKees.

SPARK Norway is a two-year innovation programme to further develop ideas within health-related life sciences for the benefit of patients and society. Researchers from UiO and affiliated research groups at Oslo University Hospital (OUS) and Akershus University Hospital (Ahus) can apply UiO:Life Science to be included in the programme.
The first Norwegian SPARKees were admitted through a pilot phase in the end of 2017. The application deadline for the first open call was 15 December 2017. Projects from both the pilot phase and the open call will be presented at this kick-off.
