When and where
There are a limited number of dates available for the paper-based tests in Norway. More test dates are available if you take the computer-based test abroad. The nearest test centers for computer-based tests are located in Sweden, Danmark, Finland and the UK.

Test centers for computer-based tests are listed separately. You can choose when to test from the dates available, but only once every 60 days.

Registration
The GRE website has detailed information on how to register for the paper-based tests online or by mail. There are four ways to register for the computer-based tests.
Preparation
The GRE webiste offers some free preparation materials for either the General test or Subjects tests. You can purchase preparation materials online from either Tanum, Akademika or Amazon bookstores.
