The Oslo Scene
Join us for a night out in Oslo. The city has a lot more to offer than the well-known (but good) student bars and the joints along Karl Johans gate and the main tourist areas.
The Oslo Scene invites you on a tour that takes you through a careful selection of venues that colours the Oslo nightlife. This is a great way to get a glimpse of what Oslo has to offer. We will go to both places that are budget-friendly, but also have a look at premises that are among the most popular in Oslo due to it`s originality and authencity.
Some of them you may know from before, others are more hidden gems.
The final destination should be somewhere you can dance the night away.
For most part of the tour we will focus on the Youngstorget and Grunerløkka areas.
It is advised that you bring a bus/metro ticket. No dress code is required, but you are advised to dress as going out on a Weekend.
You should also bring an i.d. Many of the places in Oslo have 23 years age limit, but we will try and select clubs with 20 year age limits.
The tour is free. We will not go to places with cover charge. Whatever you like to buy on the way is up to you.
You can leave the tour whenever you like, but hopefully you are able to join us for as long as possible. The 9th May is a national holiday, so no lectures the day after.
