Quota applicants should be linked to an institution with a formal cooperation agreement with the University of Oslo. Preference is given to applicants that are linked to active and ongoing institutional cooperation/research projects within the specific subject area. Students who are not linked to one of our partner institutions will not be eligible to apply under the Quota Scheme.
