Aesthetical Studies and Comparative Literature

Aesthetical studies introduce you to aesthetics and art theroy, and two of the following subjects: history of art, media studies, literature, musicology, and theatre studies. By comparing two of these subjects you get an interdisciplinary understanding of different artistic expressions. Comparative literature covers the study of literary texts from various periods, genres, as well as history of literature, poetics and literary theory.
