Accepting your place of study
New international students (except exchange students) who have applied through Søknadsweb must accept the offer of admission in SøknadsWeb before the relevant deadline. The previous Declaration of Acceptance form has been replaced by SøknadsWeb.
Exchange students: all exchange students have automatically been registered with "Yes" for acceptance of the offer. You can see this under "Registered reply" in SøknadsWeb. Students who accept the exchange offer do not need to take further action in order to confirm their acceptance. Exchange students who do NOT wish to accept the offer must contact exchange-students@admin.uio.no.
Deadlines for acceptance
Degree students (Master, Bachelor and Quota Scheme)
- 16 May
- 14 June (EU/EEA/Swiss Master's applicants who applied to the 15 April extended deadline)
| Even if you choose not to accept, we ask you to decline the offer in the SøknadsWeb so that we can offer your place to another candidate. |
