Why choose this programme?
The Master's programme deals with the development and diversity of species, the relationship between organisms and their environment, and processes in populations and ecosystems.
The programme is a direct continuation of the programme options Biology and Nature and environment from the Bachelor's programme. The programme gives an introduction to relevant research for the programme option you choose. This involves learning advanced research methods and how to work with scientific literature.
The programme results in a research based thesis which will provide you with experience in field and laboratory work, conducting written reports, and presenting and statistically analysing research results.
