Development Geography
The Master programme in Development Geography provides the student with advanced knowledge of classical and contemporary development theory. The core of the study programme is the Master Thesis. The theme of the thesis is self-selected; the topic must however be within the Human Geography discipline. The thesis is based on data that the student collects during fieldwork in the South.

    LEVE student seminars is aimed at students at Master’s level who are interested in issues concerning health, the environment and poverty in developing countries. The first student seminar will be held Thursday 16 February from 16:00-17:30 in the seminar room on the 4th floor at Centre for Development and the Environment (SUM). Two masterstudents will presents challenges they had while on fieldwork, and there will be some light snacks and drinks served afterwards. Join us on facebook for updated information.
