Programme structure

The master programme is a two year programme, consisting of a thesis and theoretical course work. The thesis is an independent scientific work, carried out under supervision. Courses include general system administration, core networking with extensive lab work, routing, security analysis and implementation. Students are expected to read and understand research papers and explain them to each other in class. Emphasis is also placed on communication and presentation skills.

This programme will offer choice between a long thesis (60 credits thesis, 60 credits course work) a short thesis (30 credits thesis, 90 credits course work). There will be an application process for the long thesis.
