Semester abroad

Parts of the study programme may be taken abroad. Some students will do field work abroad, others will take courses at a partner institution. Please contact the programme administration for further details about the possibilities of a period abroad.

The Department of Economics has established exchange programmes with several European universities like:University of Essex, University of Toulouse (French language) and Paris-Dauphine (French/English language), Universities of Mannheim (German language), Berlin (German/English language), University of Torino (Italian/English language), University of Vigo (Spanish language) and Pompeu Fabra University (Spanish/English language). For more information have a look at the compleet list of our exchange agreements
It is most convenient if the exchange is done in the 2nd/spring term. One term with economic subjects abroad may give exemption for three optional subjecs in the programme. Make sure that there is no overlap between the courses you take here and the courses you take abroad.
