Programme structure
This programme is a 16-month full-time master´s programme. There are five compulsory modules giving a total of 90 ECTS.
September - December
Place of study: The University of Roehampton, London
- Formal induction programme involving all partner institutions
- International Perspectives in Special and Inclusive Education (15 ECTS)
- Research Methodology The course starts in Roehampton and continues at Oslo and Prague (total 15 ECTS)
January - March
Place of study: The University of Oslo
- SIE4200 - Special and Inclusive Education for Learners with Special Needs (15 ECTS)
- Research Methodology
April - June
Place of study: Charles University, Prague
July - December
- Dissertation (30 ECTS). To be spent at one of the three partner institutions. Distribution into three equal groups will depend on student choice, the nature of the research topic, availability of tutor support and equity amongst partners.
- Fourth country experience. This is an optional period of study from July to September at either Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia or University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
