Access services for students with special needs
- The University of Oslo has services and technologies to help students who need special accommodation.
- The Accessibility Office closes for the summer, but arrangements can be made in advance.
- Be aware that there are limitations to what the University can provide. Some services are administered by agencies outside the University of Oslo and might require proof of permanent resident status in Norway. You must contact the ISS office by May 15th to let us know of your needs. If you do not contact us by this date, we may not be able to arrange the assistance you need.
Special examination arrangements
If you need a specially adapted exam, you must bring medical documentation and submit the "Request for Special Examination" form to the ISS reception no later than two weeks before the exam.
