Film: Psalms from the Kitchen

In the early 50’s, the scientists at Home’s research Institute in Stockholm send 12 of their best field-observers to the little village of Landstad, Norway, which has a surplus of bachelors. There, they will study single men’s kitchen routines. Believing that the research will help put Landstad on the map, its mayor has encouraged the village’s bachelors to participate.
