The project concerns questions relating to the uncertainty about validity of the bilateral investment treaties between member state countries and shaping of the external investment policy.

The Nepal Parliament has asked a Constituent Assembly (CA) to write a new constitution. How the new Constitution will secure minorities’and groups’ rights, their immunities and political influence is of the outmost urgency, and arguably a central touchstone of a legitimate constitution.
The CA should make a constitution for a federal Nepal, with various group rights and a voting system of "proportional representation."
