Regular conference fee:
NOK 1500. This includes access to all sessions, coffee-breaks, 1 night in a single room, 1 breakfast buffet, 2 lunches and 1 dinner (beer / wine not included). Travel costs are not included, except the transfer in bus from Oslo to the hotel on Thursday morning and back again on Friday evening.
Conference fee with 2 nights included:
NOK 2485. This includes access to all sessions, coffee-breaks, 2 nights in a single room (arrival on the 15th), 2 breakfast buffets, 2 lunches and 1 dinner (beer / wine not included). Travel costs are not included except the transfer in bus from Oslo to the hotel on Thursday morning and back again on Friday evening
Conference fee for day guests:
NOK 1000. This includes access to all sessions both days, coffee-breaks and 2 lunches. Travel costs are not included.
Reduced fee / student fee:
We can offer some places with reduced fee and/or grants for travel. Please contact beatet@ilos.uio.no.
Payment methods:
The fee is to be paid by card or in cash at the conference desk in September.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel before September 1, no charges nor fees must be paid.
In case of cancellation after September 1, you will be invoiced for the conference fee you have signed up for.
