13.03.2008: Project 1 should be hand in under the Fronter webpage, go to fronter.uio.no and click on the 'hand in/innlevering' icon and upload your report (preferentially as a pdf, ps or doc file) and your program(s).
Comments to the reports are available (approved/not approved) at the same webpage April 20. The final version of project 1 is available under projects. The VMC calculation of neon is optional.11.03.2008: The last lecture of part 1 is thursday March 13. There is no lecture on friday the 14th. An importance sampling code,vmc_importance.cpp is now available under the programs catalogue for project 1.
14.02.2008: Thursday February 28/2, the lecture 14-16 will take place in Store Fysiske aud. The Lab is available again after 16.15.
17.01.2008: There is an error in time and place link. The computer lab starts on the 17th of january,and not on the 24th as written.
20.12.2007: A revised version of the FYS3150 lecture notes will be placed under lecture notes of part 1 on January 31. Chapters 8-9, 11 and 16 and 17 cover MHJ's part of the lectures and project 1. Project 1 will also be presented at the first lecture.
