Cultural Lunch: Argentine tango with El Muro
El Muro became known for the Norwegian television audience during the final of Norwegian Talents in May 2018 with the dance couple Cyrena & Steinar. They mix traditional Argentine tango with elements of jazz and modern music, and are known for their distinctive musical expression and a solid dose of energy on stage.

About the artists
The Norwegian-Argentinian tango band began in November 2016. During its Argentina debut in March 2018, they performed in legendary tango clubs in Buenos Aires like La Viruta, Salón Canning and the Usina del Arte Cultural Center. They are popular with tango audiences around Europe and have held concerts in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Czech Republic, England, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. El Muro works with the foremost of today's singers from Buenos Aires, including Chino Laborde, Negro Falótico and Martín Alvarado. This time they have with them the singer Juan Villarreal, and present their debut album «Nostálgico» recorded in Oslo in September 2017, recently released on the German label Galileo Music.
