The 21st Century University: How to Build a Ladder to the Stars?

What is the way forward for universities? Leading representatives from academia and government in Norway and Europe will give their perspectives on university strategy and development. 

The University of Oslo welcomes students, staff and leaders from academia and government to a seminar on university strategy in the light of shifting expectations and global challenges. The event will end with a debate between the two candidates for Rector at The University of Oslo in the 2017 election, with representatives from the Student Parliament and UiODoc.

Where are Norwegian higher education institutions in their quest for excellence and international leadership?

A report that sums up the strategic development of the University of Oslo since 2009 will be released at the event.
