Individual exercise programme

If there are no group programmes that meet your needs, find mind-sakes and organize your own activity programme! This might be walking together or starting a jogging group. You can also do fitness or strength exercise on your own, if that suits you better.

This is what you do:

  1. Pick a physical exercise you enjoy.
  2. Find colleagues who would like to join you.
  3. Discuss with your personnel manager how the exercise can be carried out during work hours and draw up an agreement.
  4. Get going with the activity, get fit and have fun together!
