Individual exercise programme
If there are no group programmes that meet your needs, find mind-sakes and organize your own activity programme! This might be walking together or starting a jogging group. You can also do fitness or strength exercise on your own, if that suits you better.
This is what you do:
- Pick a physical exercise you enjoy.
- Find colleagues who would like to join you.
- Discuss with your personnel manager how the exercise can be carried out during work hours and draw up an agreement.
- Get going with the activity, get fit and have fun together!
