The UiO Project Management Framework

UiO’s framework for small to medium-sized administrative projects is an adaptation of the joint state Project wizard managed by The Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi).

Project Organization: Roles and Phases

The two key principles of UiO's Project Management Framework are managing projects 1) via well defined roles and responsibilities and 2) through phases and decision points that define the transition from one phase to the next. Cooperation between the Project Manager and the Project Owner is considered a crucial element to successful project completion.
