HR portal user guide for assistants
As an assistant you have been given rights to perform tasks in the employee self-service feature in the HR portal on behalf of leaders or employees.
- You find your assistant tasks in a separate tab Assistant Self-service when logging in to the portal.
- Note that the assistant tab is only displayed if there are tasks to be addressed by you as an assistant.
- All processing of tasks is to follow normal routines. See user guides for leaders and user guides for employees for more information on how to process your assistant tasks.
- Remember privacy protection (Norwegian) when you extract reports from the HR portal!
