Registering credit card details in the HR portal

Employees who have received a credit card through UiO must register the card details in the HR portal to ensure that transactions are made available for travel and expense reimbursements.

  • To register details of your credit card through UiO, select Travel and Expenses in the Employee Self-Service window.

 

  • Select Maintain credit card details.

 

  • Select Eurocard in the Company-menu and register the Card Number, month, and year you register the card in the HR portal, and month and year until which the card is valid.
  • Click Save.
