Print from Windows on printer without a card reader

If you have a computer with Windows and want to print on a printer without card reader, you need to know if the printer is on the new system or the old. If you have not been informed that the printer is in the new system, it is still in the old system. If that is the case, you do not need to do anything. If you have been informed that the printer is on the new system, do the following:

Initial setup

Before using the printer on the new system, even if it does not have a card reader, choose a printer queue:

Print after initial setup is complete

When the computer has the correct settings, you may print. Place your card on the card reader.

Printing from the wireless network?

For Windows, the setup and approach is the same, whether you are printing from a stationary computer or a laptop.
