Guided tour in Oslo Botanical Garden
Learn more about plant species from all over the world in the beautiful surroundings of the Botanical Garden at Tøyen.

The botanical garden at Tøyen has more than 5500 plant species from different parts of the world, and is used for education, dissemination and research. The garden provides knowledge of the diversity among plants, and the importance to preserve this. Plants that are threatened or vulnerable in Norwegian nature are take care of here. Further, the botanical garden is a popular place for Oslo citizens for relaxation and recreation.
Join this guided tour and get to know this beautiful area. You will also gain knowledge of the botanical garden's different sections, its history and the trees, flowers and other plants that are most relevant for the current season.
There are two tours: one starting at 12:00 and one starting 14:00. The duration is approximately 1 hour.
