22 July 2011 is an important day in Norwegian history. The 22 July Centre is a learning centre that communicates memories and knowledge about the terror attack in Oslo and at Utøya. The story is told at the place where the attack began, in Høyblokka in the Government Quarter. The centre encourages active participation in the discussions about the events' relevance and meaning for present and future times.    

When to meet: 13:20 (be on time!) 

You may arrive earlier and explore the exhibition before the start of the visit.
