The knowledge garnered from this programme has empowered me in handling regulatory aspects relevant to other sectors of the public administration of my country.

I am counsel to the Parliamentary Committee on Information and Communication Technology(ICT) in Uganda and I lecture in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
In addition, I have used the same knowledge to participate in the Global Legal Information Network of the Law Library of Congress and other e-government projects across Africa, including that on interconnected Parliaments.
The time I spent in Oslo was filled with fun and I made many friends and acquaintances that I can count on. I would recommend this course to anybody intending to pursue a career in public administration and governance. Participating in the LL.M programme at the NRCCL was one of the best things in my academic and professional career.
