MEUS is the world’s most authentic simulation of the EU’s decision-making process taking place in the building of the European Parliament in Strasbourg. The conference brings together 200 highly motivated students and young professionals, giving them the exclusive opportunity to have experience of the functioning of European institutions right on the premises of the European Parliament.
For one week, participants have the chance to take on roles of MEPs, Ministers of the Council of the EU, journalists, lobbyists, and interpreters and discuss two controversial, real-life legislative proposals. This year's conference will be held between 21st and 28th April and will be focusing on Privacy in Electronic Communications and Work and Life Balance.
The conference is not only a unique opportunity to have the first-hand experience of the EU's inner-workings in the very European Parliament but also a great way to develop your debating and public-speaking skills and improve your English! On the top of that, you will have the chance to meet people from all over the world and experience unforgettable week full of great social activities!
