Designing electronic feedback for maternal and child health care providers in Palestine; qualitative study of preferences and needs
The aim of this study is to make recommendations for the design process of the electronic feedback component of the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) eRegistry, using qualitative methods. The following research questions will be considered: • What does the literature recommend for effective feedback, and how does this translate to the Palestinian setting? • What are the current practices for feedback to maternal and child health care providers in the public health system in Palestine, and what are the gaps? • What are provider preferences in Palestine for feedback, and how can these be aligned with theory? • How can the combination of theory and provider preferences be incorporated into the MCH eRegistry in the form of an electronic dashboard and communication tools?
