Technology Selection: A Case Study Into a Higher Education Institution's Selection of a Learning Management System

For my master's thesis for UiO's Higher Eduction program, I will conduct research to attempt to answer the following questions: · What are staff and student perceptions of the University of Oslo's Learning Management System (LMS) selection and selection process? · Were staff and students able to influence change that addressed their needs and priorities? · To what extent is the IT department involved, to what extent is the decision in the hands of administrators, and what is the nature of their collaboration? · What is the selection process these actors go through?
