Academic interests

My main interest is cognitive mechanisms underlying rhythmical movements and good performance. To explore this topic, I conduct research on experts (such as elite athletes) in various contexts using various methodologies.

Background

I am a psychologist who graduated at the University of Bergen in 2016. I have worked as a researcher, author, and consultant. My cooperation partners have included the Norwegian Olympic Sport Centre and various sports teams. I have played sports since I was five years old and played volleyball in the Norwegian elite division.
