This is a seminar for international and Norwegian law students who take law courses in English. The objective of the seminar is to introduce students to the International and European legal method from a practical perspective relevant for your study.

The seminar will consist of a questions-answer session on the topic related to the sources of European and International Law (1st hour) and discussion of assignments (2nd hour).

Please do the following before the seminar:

  1. Watch the introductory videos and be ready to discuss any questions that you might have on legal methodology and sources, during a question and answer session.
  2. Read and think about the assignments posted on the semester page (discuss with other students, if possible) and be prepared for an interactive discussion of the questions that have been raised.
