Review Lecture in Maritime Law: Liability & Insurance Monday 8 December

Prof Erik Røsæg will hold a repeat lecture in Maritime Law: Liability  & Insurance on Monday 8 December. This lecture is held at the initiative of “Pelagio” the interest group of Shipping in the Congreation Forensis – Student Union for Business and Finance.

In this lecture Røsæg will take as a starting point a fictive accident and from this look at how the  different liability regimes are working together.

Should not be missed!

Reminder Mock Exam Thursday 13 November

There will be available a mock exam exercise in Fronter on Thursday 13 November from 10am. The Fronter room is called "JUS5402 - Maritime Law: Liability & Insurance, autumn 2014".

Students registered on the course JUS5402 are welcome to participate.

Answers have to be up-loaded in Fronter before 4pm on the 13th.
