For P6B, it is sufficient to deliver electronically to the group teachers. That is, you do not need to deliver a printed version. Note that it is still due at 12:00, Wednesday 15th of December.
We have heard that some of you have problems running the P5 code on the new computers in the termstue, the ones with floppy disks connected via USB. Note that for your project implementations, it is sufficient if you get the code to run in bochs and on the small computers with integrated floppy disks.
The presentation of P5 Thursday 11 November will as usual be in lille aud at 16:00.
Due to dagen@ifi this week, Thursday's group lecture will be moved to Friday 29th of October, from 13:00 to 15:00.
As previously announced in the detailed teaching plan, there will be no regular lecture on Thursday the 21th of October. The presentation of P4 will however be held at 16:00 as usual.
Unfortunately, we forgot to inform you about yesterdays (Wednesday 29th of September) lecture being cancelled. We apologize for that. In stead, todays (Thursday 30th of September) lecture will be longer.
Important note! This week, the presentation of P2 has been moved from Thursday to Wednesday the 15th, right after the lecture in Lille Auditorium.
Remember that mandatory assignments P1a and P1b are due wednesday 15th of September at 12:00.000 - no extension will be given. Be sure to avoid last-minute printer queues.
The group lectures on Thursday and Friday will from now on be in Informatikkbygningen. The one on Thursday will be in Lille Auditorium, and the one on Friday in room 3A.
Due to the possibility of late registration to the course, some students have received the assignment a bit late. Therefore, late deliveries of P1A will be accepted as long as they are delivered before the due date of P1B. We however strongly recommend you to hand it in as soon as possible so we can give you feedback on the design before you start on the implementation.
The statement on the use of course material is now available in the syllabus/achievement requirements page.
We have experienced some problems with registering to this course on StudentWeb. If you are still not registered, please contact the Student administration before September 1st.
Dear students. Some of you might not have been properly registered into the system yet. For those of you, we will send you the project assignment via e-mail. For the others, the assignment has already been available since Wednesday. Please see this link explaining how to obtain the assignment files.
