The Student Ombudsman reports to the University Board every six months.
As an independent body, the reports we produce provide the university with feedback about any potential system errors and weaknesses relating to procedures and systems. The reports we provide do not breach our duty of confidentiality.
The Student Ombudsman submits annual recommendations to the UiO (University of Oslo). These may be based on system errors or weaknesses which are revealed through our work. The purpose of our recommendations is to obtain an assessment of any changes or clarification from the University's governing bodies.
