Workshop with The Future in our Hands

Join us for a thought-provoking workshop where we will try to find solutions that consider both consumers’ desire to purchase affordable clothes and the dramatic social and environmental impacts of the current textile industry.

As part of the Theme Week on Circularity, the Green Office collaborates with Framtiden i våre hender (FIVH) to hold a workshop where participants are invited to engage with the perspectives of different actors affected by ultra-fast fashion. Participants will take part in a role-play where they will have to embody either Temu, climate organisations, a Norwegian business, or a consumer and will have to collaborate with the other interest groups to agree on a solution acceptable to all.

Throughout this workshop, participants will learn how Framtiden i våre hender lobbies to enforce a stricter regulation of ultra-fast fashion companies, what challenges FIVH meets in that campaign, but also how it builds alliances to reach its goal.
