What happens next?

• The dispute between the State and Unio is over, and the strikers are expected to return to work as soon as possible. 
• The Government has called for compulsory arbitration. It is now up to Rikslønnsnemnda (the National Wages Board) to make the final decision on the arbitration. This is expected to happen in October.
• Until then the collective agreements for Akademikerne and Unio remain the same.
