Workshop Description
It is well documented that partners of international employees, researchers and Ph.D. candidates can experience several challenges when they move to a new country. One such challenge is finding a job. UiO is therefore organizing a structured career guidance workshop designed to help individuals define professional goals, build skills, and navigate job searches.
Practical information
Please bring your CV. This can be either an electronic copy on your laptop or on paper. Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served.

Vivienne Lumayag is a trained career adviser with a Master’s degree in Counselling, specializing in career counselling and group counselling. She has more than ten years of experience in career guidance with a particular focus on supporting academics in higher education. At the University of Oslo, Vivienne works with career development for early-career researchers, including PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and students. She facilitates workshops regularly and contributes to leadership development at UiO as a facilitator in the Educational Leadership Programme. In addition, she delivers courses in self-management and presentation skills for UiO staff.
