We advise all our students at the master program in Musicology to take parts of their degree abroad, but especially for students on the Nordic Music option is this is a strong recommendation.
The second semester is the normal semester for traveling abroad, but it is also possible to write parts or the whole master thesis abroad.
There is a long list of relevant and available exchange agreements at the Department of Musicology, the Faculty of Humanities or at the University of Oslo.
Many agreements are relevant for exchange at the Nordic Music option, and we advise the students to begin their planning at an early stage.
