The IT Applications Management Office is responsible for systems where the Department of Finance and Business Management is the operative system owner.

This applies to the following systems:

  • Unit4 ERP
  • SAPDFØ
  • Tableau financial reports and data warehouse
  • Adra Match
  • OrgReg
  • Historical solutions:
    • SAPUiO, SAPILM
    • Kuben for full-time equivalents and finance
    • Oracle Applications
    • Basware IP/OM/PM

In addition, the Office is responsible for access control and integrations and assists process owners with HSE, personnel support and management support.
