All employees at IBV, that have taken the mandatory courses, will get access to the finalized areas (Trinn 1) of the Life Science Building. You will get access to office space where IBV will have people in 3rd and 4th floor, area 4, 5 and 6, teaching rooms in 1st and 2nd floor and some teaching labs in 2nd floor.
We encourage you to visit the building and have a look around. Maybe you can go together with a group from you section as a social outing? There may be other people sitting in “your” office space at the moment, but they will move before we move in. Remember also to be respectful to those that have moved in and are working in the open office space.
To automatically get access you need to complete the three courses HMS0501A, IT-security and HMS0503A. The two first courses all employees should already have completed, but the third course is a general lab safety course that you will need to complete as all employees will have access to the teaching labs. The courses are fairly quick to complete.
