Monthly paid salary

Permanent and fixed-term employees receive their salary at mid-month.

Hourly pay and fees

Payments to hourly- or fee-paid persons are voucher-based.

Travel reimbursement

Business travels must be settled within one month after the trip.

Outlay reimbursement

Outlays must only be made under special circumstances.

Holiday pay

You receive holiday pay in June the year after earning holiday pay entitlement.


Must be imposed by your superior and conducted beyond normal work hours.
