Monthly paid salary

Permanent and fixed-term employees receive their salary on the 12th every month.

Hourly pay and fees

Payments to hourly- or fee-paid persons are voucher-based.

Rates and how to register


Must be imposed by your superior and conducted beyond normal work hours.

Holiday pay

You receive holiday pay in June the year after earning holiday pay entitlement.

Business travels must be settled within one month after the trip.

Outlay reimbursement

Outlays must only be made under special circumstances.


Welfare loan

Under certain conditions, you can apply for a salary advance.



Your pension is handled by the Public Service Pension Fund and NAV.
