Installing Windows software from Winprog

Some software is available for installation on private equipment. These can be installed from winprog.uio.no.

NB! Do not install software from winprog.uio.no on UiO owned computers or laptops!

This type of installation only applies to chosen software where the licensing allows it. Free software is not available on Winprog.uio.no. These can be downloaded from the Internet.

Installing Windows software from Winprog

  1. Open a browser and go to winprog.uio.no.
  2. Find and click on the software you want to install and follow the instructions.
