The service is available to all TSD projects, but it is not enabled by default. A project administrator or PI turns it on for the project, or for individual members, in TSD Selfservice (this page can be opened outside TSD):

Project members who do not have access should ask a PI or project administrator to enable it there.
After access is enabled, open a browser inside your TSD project and go to https://start.tsd.usit.no. Follow the TSD LLM link on that start page.
TSD LLM is running as a pilot. Token use in chat and via the API is measured and counts as the same usage. There is no charge during the pilot. Token billing will be introduced later.
