Enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding Oslo and the great views over the city at the top! Grefsenkollen is one of the most popular hiking destinations in Lillomarka and Oslo.
We will start the hike outside the entrance at Rønningen (Myrerskogveien 54).
Afterwards we will go from Rønningen into the forest and up to Grefsenkollen. We will spend about an hour at the top to enjoy the magnificent view.
Remember to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. The Norwegian saying goes; “Bad weather doesn’t exist, only bad clothes.”
We also advise that you bring some water and snacks. There is a restaurant at the top, but it is on the fancier side.
This activity is not recommended if you have bad knees or any health related challenges with walking on uneven terrain.
NB:Please do not wear flip-flops for the hike. Regular shoes will suffice.
