Green Architecture and Urban Planning Walking Tour

A walking tour of central Oslo, visiting selected cutting edge green architecture and sustainable urban planning projects.

The walking tour will use contemporary architecture and city development projects to highlight some of the key sustainability and urban planning debates in Norway and internationally - as well as the key political debates and policy mechanisms that drive environmental, social and technological innovation within this important field of sustainable development.

Tour info:

Start: Oslo Town Hall (main entrance, Fridtjof Nansens Plass) at 13:30

Meet at the Oslo Town hall at 13:30 or meet at the front steps of Blindern Studenterhjem at 12:45. We will take public transportation from there to the Oslo Town Hall main entrance. 

Finish: Vulkan area/Maridalsveien, approx. 15:30

The tour will be a purely walking tour (no metro or bus travel required on the actual tour itself) so bring good shoes!
