This year we celebrate 100 years anniversary for women’s right to vote in Norway. Describe the processes and mechanisms that may lead to women’s inclusion into institutional politics. In general, what may be the consequences of women’s inclusion into institutional politics? Discuss different perspectives on women’s inclusion into and exclusion from institutional politics. Use at least four texts from the syllabus.

Exam information KFL4060
During the course each student must give one verbal presentation on a topic decided by the teacher. This presentation must be approved in order to present oneself for the final examination. The final eksamination is a three-days home essay over a given topic. The essay must have a length of min. 8 and max. 10 pages (KFL4060), (2300 characters per page (not counting spaces) references in addition, line space: 1,5,). The essay, written in English, will be assessed according to a scale from A to E for passing, and F for fail.
