Students must actively authorize that their name is shown in the search. This is done in Studentweb.

Contact the administrative leader at your unit to discuss extended affiliation to UiO.

Are you an employee looking to correct errors in your name?
Contact the local personnel officer (Norwegian). If you have changed your name, you must show a valid ID with the correct name, or a certificate of change of name issued by the Norwegian Tax Authorities (skatteetaten.no).

Are you an employee and need to correct errors in your postal or visiting address?
Are you an employee and listed on the web site with an incorrect position title?
Are you an employee and listed on the web site as working for the wrong unit at UiO?
Go to Brukerinfo. Under the tab «person» you find the choice «primary affiliation». Here you may choose which one of your affilations is to be shown as your primary one. If you do not find your primary affiliation listed, contact your HR officer.
Have you found incorrect information about an organisational unit?
When discovering incorrect information about a unit, the administrative leader of that unit should contact email@example.com.
